The Testo 104 Waterproof Folding Thermometer features a metal folding joint, a rubber-coated anti-slip surface & long and precise temperature sensor, built tough for use in the food industry. This food probe thermometer measures the core temperature of liquid, semi-solid and viscous media. It can also accurately measure temperatures when the probe has been folded out at an angle of only 30°, allowing reliable temperature checks in difficult-to-reach places.
