The KNECHT W 40 ensures exact plane-parallel grinding, high surface quality and high grinding capacity. These are the best conditions for quality processing of raw meat. The aim is to maintain the cutting performance of the cutting tools throughout their whole working life.

Also available in manual models W 200 II, for tools up to 200mm in diameter and W 300, for tools up to 400mm in diameter.
