The Knecht B 600 automatic sharpening and polishing machine is designed for sharpening linear and sickle shaped bowl cutter blades, up to 600mm.

Ideal for abattoirs, smallgoods and sharpening services, the B 600 sharpens, deburrs and polishes up to 80 cutter blades, per 8 hour shift.

Also available in the KNECHT USK 230B, for blades up to 450mm & KNECHT B500, for blades up to 500mm. 

Features:

• Sharpens linear and sickle bowl cutter blades up to 600mm. 
• Sharpens, deburrs & polishes up to 80 blades (500-700L) per 8 hour shift. 3-5 mins per blade depending on size
• Gently and accurately shaped, with very little material removed from the blade.
• Blade storage magazine holds up to 8 blades and can be optionally expanded to hold 16 blades. 
• Easy to use touch screen allows operator to control the most important functions including the number of grinding and polishing cycles and the crowning of the knife
• Unlimited number of grinding programs stored in data memory of machine.
