Effortlessly sharpen cutter blades completely automatically with the KNECHT USK 230 B - HV 208 II Automatic Sharpening Machine.

Designed for abattoirs, smallgoods and sharpening services, the KNECHT USK 230 B sharpens up to 100 cutter blades, per 8 hour shift. Depending on the blade size, the average sharpening and polishing time per blade is 2-3 minutes. The maximum blade size is 450mm.

The polishing process is performed manually. For fully automatic sharpening and polishing machines, see the B500 and B600 models.
