The Egginton Professional 10 Inch (25cm) Round Sharpening Steel features a medium cut grade, designed to maintain a sharp edge of most professional knives. 

This steel is fitted with a sterilisable, non-absorbent polypropylene handle with a 1.5 inch square guard and stainless steel hanging ring.
